Welcome to "Mualim: Master the Quran" (the "App"), developed and provided by Akhy Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is designed to assist users in memorizing the Quran through a variety of features.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

By using the App, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Your access to and use of the App is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy, which describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license is contingent upon your compliance with these Terms.

The App offers monthly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features, such as the Corrector and Vocal Quiz functionalities.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

The Quranic text and translations provided in the App are sourced from Tanzil (Tanzil) and are freely available for use.

The recitations provided in the App are sourced from EveryAyah (EveryAyah) and are freely available for use.

However, the App's software, design, graphics, logos, and service marks are the property of Akhy Tech or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.

You are prohibited from using the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

Unauthorized access to the App, its server, or any connected server, computer, or database is forbidden.

We aim to maintain the App's availability and functionality but are not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or the impact of external factors beyond our control.

The App and its features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the App.

Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
